Both of them are facing time in prison. This has not been a light thing going on. However, it has definitely shocked a lot of people once it came out. Joseph Duggar Arrested, Wife Arrested Too Shortly After
Joseph Duggar was recently arrested for molesting a nine-year-old girl. This happened while the family was on vacation in Florida. However, he was over 18 at the time. This led him to get arrested. He is waiting to be extradited to Florida to face the charges. However, he could potentially be facing life in prison for these crimes. His wife, Kendra, was arrested as well for endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment. This is not a good look for either of them or the Duggar family. This is now the second brother to get arrested for molesting underage girls. Yikes. This is not looking good.
Their Neighbors Speak Out About ‘Shocking’ Arrests
Kendra and Joseph had a couple of neighbors speak out about their arrests. It seems that they found their crimes shocking and did not expect this from them. One said:
“They seemed nice. I’m shocked over what I heard about him. It is very sad.”
Another spoke out and said:
“I remember watching the show and thinking what a godly family. Now I go, ‘you don’t know what is going on in people’s lives’ … The wife being arrested is pretty shocking to me.”
Well, they did not expect this. It came out of nowhere for them. However, they are now in shock about what their neighbors have done. Fans are waiting to see what Joseph will be charged with.
It seems as though their neighbors did not expect this from them. They were shocked to hear about it and could not believe it. However, they are more shocked that Kendra was arrested. They did not expect that, regardless. However, the two are now in trouble and facing time in prison. Joseph could face life in prison for what he has done.
