She wrote, “Michelle Duggar swooped in to control the narrative, try to stop the secrets from leaking.” The blogger shared that the Duggars are doing their best to prevent DCFS from interviewing Joseph’s kids. As per the Arkansas law, the officials need to interview his kids and investigate his home because of his charges for molesting a child. Well, Michelle and the rest of the family are making sure not to let them meet the kids.

Joseph Duggar is waiting for his extradition to Florida since his arrest for the child sexual abuse case. But new details have emerged about his wife’s arrest. Duggar News followers initially specualted the the TLC star’s wife participated in his crime. However, Kendra has been facing the charges for a totally different reason. She is facing four counts of endangering the welfare of a child and four counts of false imprisonment.
A family member also spilled on the actual reason behind the Counting On star’s arrest. The family member told People Magazine, “I can tell you the arrest was a result of a home inspection, and the door locks being on the exterior of the doors.” Arkansas Department of Human Services and Tontitown Police Department searched Kendra and Joseph’s home on March 19, which led to the charges.
Hence, the family member made it clear that Kendra played no role in Joseph’s crime. The two are facing charges for completely different things. The TLC stars shared four children together. Kendra is out on bail while Joseph is still behind bars. But she may face almost 8 years in prison if convicted of the crime, plus additional charges.
Joseph has allegedly confessed to his crime in front of the victim’s parents and the authorities. He is most likely going to face multiple years of jail time for the serious crime.
