Amid all this, Isabel further talked about her living dynamics on the Roloff Farms.
She told her audience, “Jacob and I, with our son (and all of our animals), along with Matt in his new house.” Isabel further revealed that she had to actually pay rent on Jacob’s family property. She replied to one of her fans, “Yes, we pay rent to live in our house as plenty of people do.” This makes it clear that Jacob and Isabel have a professional deal with Matt Roloff.
LPBW: Roloff Farm Is No Longer On The Market
LPBW viewers have always kept their eyes on the Roloff Farm’s status. Matt Roloff has tried his best to sell a part of this property instead of passing it to his kids. Hence, he had listed it on Zillow several times but was never able to lock the deal. The celeb initially asked for $4 million for just 16 acres. Well, Matt wasn’t able to find a buyer, and he soon relisted his farm by dropping the price.
Matt then offered the same 16 acres for sale at $3.395 million. This was a few years back, and even till now, he hasn’t found a perfect buyer. Hence, it seems Roloff had finally decided to drop the plan to sell it. A Redditor recently revealed that the Roloff Farm was no longer in the market, and it seems that Matt finally took it off.
The OP even wondered if Audrey and Jeremy purchased this land. The Redditor further claimed that this couple wanted to buy their family property, and that when they confessed their wish, the property was already on the market. So, it is possible this couple finally locked the deal with Matt and were simply waiting for the right time to break the news.
