As usual, the devoted wife was helping Josh file another appeal in court regarding his 12-year sentence. However, it is still unknown whether Anna filed it in time. Many fans also pointed out that if the couple did not adhere to the time window, they might miss out on this golden opportunity. A few other fans pointed out how Josh had nothing to do inside the prison and had ample time to file.
Duggar News: Court Pushes Josh Duggar’s Release Date!

This time around, he is stuck with an ill-fate similar to the last time. The court has pushed back his release date from prison for the third time.
The prior schedule stated his release date as December 23, 2032. But now, after the recent court appeal, they pushed it back several months. The new schedule now lists his release date as February 2, 2033. His most recent appeal came following his brother, Joseph’s arrest for sexually molesting a minor. His wife, Anna, had helped him to file it.
Moreover, his infamous wife is also receiving much heat for providing his little miscreant brother with her unwavering support regarding his molestation case.
