He is currently in Dallas, Texas, while he is trying his best to reverse his sentence.
Then comes Joseph Duggar, who faced charges like lewd and lascivious behavior as he allegedly molested a 9-year-old girl. This incident reportedly took place during a 2020 family vacation in Florida. Hence, Joseph had to go behind bars in March 2026, and he is still facing charges like four counts of second-degree false imprisonment and four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree.

Apparently, Jana Duggar is one of them. In September 2021, she faced charges of four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree.
Jana initially wasn’t guilty of this charge, but things changed. She paid $880 in fees and then clarified the entire matter on social media. The celeb claimed the incident happened when she was “babysitting,” and one of the kids was actually wandering alone outside. Hence, someone saw the kid and ended up calling the police. Jana assured her audience that the child was safe and that nothing had happened.
Several sources have claimed that Jana didn’t have to go behind bars for these charges! Then comes none other than Joseph Duggar’s wife, Kendra Duggar. She was arrested in March 2026, soon after her husband. The celeb is still facing charges of four counts of second-degree false imprisonment and four counts of endangering the welfare of a minor in the second degree.
Kendra Duggar didn’t have to stay behind bars for a long time, as she was out on bail after posting a $1,470 bond.
