Kody sold the Coyote Pass property for a whopping $1,500,000. Kody, Robyn, Meri, and Janelle sold the land to a man and a woman from Scottsdale, Arizona. They gave them the down payment in cash. The property spans over 2.42 acres. It was sold in four phases, and each phase cost $305,000.

Kody finalized the deal on April 14. If we calculate the entire transaction, then Kody, Robyn, Janelle, and Meri each earned $375,000. Janelle and Meri have sold the property, freeing themselves from Kody and Robyn.
