Sister Wives star Meri Brown always had issues with her former sister wives, Janelle and Christine. And now, she does not want to have any relationship with them. It feels quite weird that Meri always shared a better equation with Robyn compared to her other two sister wives. Now, during a recent podcast appearance on I Do, Part 2, Meri revealed that maintaining a relationship with Christine feels unhealthy for her.

Meri even had issues with Christine’s kids. In her book, Christine revealed how Meri acted violently toward her daughter, which became the turning point in their relationship. Christine disliked how Meri treated the kids and decided she didn’t want to have any relationship with her in the future. It seems like the feelings are mutual between the two. However, Meri described the reasons why she feels the two of them should not keep in touch.

Sister Wives star Meri Brown recently opened up on Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes’ I Do, Part 2 podcast. Meri stressed the need for honest conversations and firm boundaries, saying she won’t let anyone walk over her again. Earlier, she allowed people to walk all over her, but she is different now.

Meri further added that now she feels empowered to use her voice while protecting her peace. Meri said she has no regrets, valuing every experience for shaping who she is. She believes change drives growth and urged listeners to take action.

Meri and Christine never really got along. Everyone knew that Janelle felt relatively closer to Christine while Meri maintained a better equation with Robyn. After divorcing, all the wives went their separate ways, but Christine and Janelle remained best friends. Meri, on the other hand, had a fallout with Robyn after she felt isolated by her. Now, Meri revealed that she feels it’s better not to keep in touch with Christine and the others.

However, Meri still remains open to the prospect of healing. She is willing to navigate a possible friendship with Janelle and Christine. But she doesn’t want to maintain a relationship with the entire family. She recognizes that some things are not healthy for her, and she would rather not get into them. On one level, it feels heartbreaking, but she believes it’s best for her mental health. She also believes it’s best for them.

Meri acknowledged the fact that she is not healthy for others either. That’s how life works, and she feels perfectly fine with it. They all lived in the same family, but that doesn’t mean they have to stay friends for their entire lives. She doesn’t talk to the other wives, but that doesn’t mean hatred exists between them. They simply chose to live life apart, which feels emotionally and mentally safe and healthy for them.
