As 7 Little Johnstons fans might recall, Liz and Brice gave away the land that Amber and Trent gave them. The couple wanted a space of their own as little Leighton was growing up fast. However, building a house from scratch proved more financially draining than buying one. Therefore, the couple embarked on their house-hunting journey.
Fans might recall Liz showing Emma pictures of this property while they were house-hunting. She then gushed about the property, describing how perfect it was, with features to suit everyone. After much brainstorming, the couple finally closed the deal on their dream house that Liz had previously gushed about. Brice and Liz broke the news to the Johnstons on Christmas. Amber and Trent were evidently delighted.

7 Little Johnstons star, Liz Johnston, once again stole the limelight with her significant milestone. She and Brice recently fulfilled their dream after they laid the foundation. It had been their dream since Leighton was born. She and Brice have officially embarked on a new chapter as proud homeowners for the first time.
TLC’s latest video preview shared some of the move’s heartwarming moments. However, a few fans pointed out some concerning aspects of the video preview. The sneak peek started normally with Liz and Brice officially moving into their own home. The pair, predictably, was accompanied by the Johnstons. The video continued with Liz unwrapping personal gifts from her family while sitting in her own drawing room.
However, this is when things went downhill. As Liz and Brice continued to unwrap the housewarming gifts from the Johnstons, they had to do a double-take in shock. Needless to say, those weren’t the gifts the new homeowners were expecting. The gift turned out to be scandalous, with “Welcome to Poundtown” written on it. Finding it really amusing, Amber burst out laughing as Trent joined.
However, Brice looked visibly uncomfortable, laughing nervously. Fans consequently called Amber out for her vile and inappropriate gift-giving. Moreover, they were really disappointed with TLC for “promoting such gross behavior.” Amber’s gift is now the talk of the town for all the wrong reasons.
