Last February, Travis did his first worship concert and met several people who have influenced him to become a singer. Travis’s music career also faced some setbacks earlier this year. His father, Michael, underwent open heart surgery, making him pause all of his future projects. Fortunately, Michael quickly recovered, and Travis eventually got back into making music. But it seems Travis is focusing on a new career outside of singing.
Katie Shares Husband’s New Career Outside Music
Katie Bates Clark recently took to IG to share exciting news for her husband, Travis. According to the Bringing Up Bates star, Travis is now in nursing school. Katie was so proud of her husband. She added that Travis was so committed to music, but seeing him pour himself into a new path while still making time for her and their kids makes her so happy.
Katie added that Travis’ decision came with a lot of thoughts and prayers. She continued, “And we’re confident it’s the right step for our family and we’re so excited for what’s ahead. ☺️ Thank you for being part of our journey.
