They have been witnessing every wedding detail as Liz envisioned. Recently, she didn’t want a hunter-themed, camo photo shoot on the day of their engagement shoot. Brice, after much pleading, managed to get her to agree.
However, the very next second, she strictly quoted that those photos would not be in their wedding invites. When the invites arrived, Liz and Brice sat down to assemble the invites with envelopes, address stickers, etc. Brice grew sad when he put together the invite. He realized Liz had stood by her words. Liz Johnston’s saga of control of every wedding detail continues on 7 Little Johnstons. In a recent clip, she continued her atrocities even during Brice’s wedding dress shopping. Brice was trying on his wedding tux and just wanted to add a camo-colored tie. Liz subsequently answered with a big no. Even her own father complimented the camo color on him.
However, she quickly shut down Trent’s suggestions with a strict no as well. In a later confessional, she revealed that she and Brice had argued over incorporating camo at their wedding. She didn’t want ‘her wedding day’ to look like a ‘redneck camo shindig.’ Instead, she wanted ‘her wedding’ to be a ‘beautiful wedding.’ Brice additionally added that the wedding can be beautiful with camo.
Then again came a strict no from Liz. During the wedding dress shopping, Liz was doing all the talking. Brice just stood behind with a look of dejection on his face. Every Johnston man in the room, along with the shop owner, supported Brice’s camo wishes, only to be shut down with a strict no from Liz. “He can try them on, but he’s not wearing them,” Liz stated firmly.
Brice then put on a camo vest that caught his eye. Everyone in the room complimented him, including Liz’s father and brothers.
