Throughout the series of Sister Wives, Kody’s partiality towards Robyn has always been an issue. This was also the main reason why the OG three wives decided to leave him and find their own happiness. Kody’s third wife, Christine, is currently promoting her upcoming book, and in an excerpt, she talked about Kody’s favoritism. Christine is currently working on her book, which is titled Sister Wife: A Memoir of Faith, Family, and Finding Freedom.
She is not only writing it, but she will also record its audiobook. In her recent Instagram story, she shared a video in which she was recording her audiobook. Fans are very excited about the book, so the video came as a treat to all of them. However, the section Christine was recording caught the attention of many fans. She not only exposed Kody’s favoritism but also discussed her pain in the excerpt.

During the Tell-All, Christine and Janelle decided to reveal Kody’s true colors. They shared that he tends to hurt people exactly where he knows it will affect them the most. In Janelle’s case, he went around spreading rumors that she was the main financial leader of the family.
This was never true. For Christine, he told her that he was no longer physically attracted to her, knowing very well that this would break her. This was his way of hurting people, and now they realize just how toxic it was.

Christine, after leaving Kody, became a completely different person. She is not only more confident than before, but she’s also sharing her story with the world. When Christine announced that she was going to write her memoir, she explained that she would share her entire journey with fans, from her experiences since childhood to her marriage with Kody, and even some behind-the-scenes secrets from the show.
The book is set to release in September 2025, and Christine is now working on its audiobook. She recently shared a video in which she was recording the audiobook, captioning it, “It’s getting real.” In that section, she talked about her labor experience when she was delivering her last kid with Kody. She explained that the camera crew followed him as he entered the room to meet Robyn while she was in labor.
In a condescending tone, she continued that she had no idea what he wanted to check on. Perhaps it was how the kids were doing or how Robyn was feeling about Christine going into labor. This has always been a pattern: Kody made Robyn the center of his universe and neglected his other wives. While Christine was wincing in pain, Kody was busy checking in on Robyn’s feelings.
Fans were even more thrilled that she is recording it herself, as this will add another layer of relatability to the book. They highlighted that this way, they would be able to gain insight into what she was truly feeling at the time. Christine has already started the pre-order process for both her book and audiobook.
