A few weeks back, Duggar News reported that Joseph Duggar was out on bail. Following his release, he additionally filed two motions. One was to revise the distance permission to allow him to work on the rentals that would have put him within 500 feet of the victim. Another one was to allow him unsupervised contact and visitation with his children.
In his latest court hearing, the judge rejected both his motions. The disgraceful reality TV star appeared for his latest court hearing via video. He shaved his face clean and appeared sharp in a suit. However, the hearing only lasted less than five minutes as his motions were rejected. The judge also took it to heart because of Joseph’s insistence.
He insisted that he was unable to see his children. The court explicitly stated that its orders never barred him from seeing his children. Moreover, the judge remarked that his court orders prohibited his contact with his children without adult and legal supervision. Thus, his insistence was null and void. Both Joseph’s lawyer and prosecutor agreed to another trial.
