Joseph wants to exercise his right to view all the evidence against him in court. Hence, he wants to question the team that spoke to his alleged victim. But viewers are wondering how this would make any sense. This is because several sources have already claimed that Joseph had confessed to this crime not only to the authorities but to the victim’s father as well.
If this is true, why would Joseph want to question the reps involved in the investigation? On the other hand, Kendra had a big win in the courtroom. This is because she no longer had the “no-contact” order, which had already been lifted from her case. Apparently, her team pointed out that such restrictions were coming in the way of their third-party evaluations, which were actually linked to the case.
Kendra’s attorney, Travis W. Story, formally appeared on her behalf last week, and the judge also agreed to her legal team’s request.
