This is because there was a deadline before which he had to file his appeal, or else he wouldn’t be able to file the motion. Hence, the court’s main concern was to determine whether Josh Duggar filed his appeal within the given time period or not.
Amid all this, Josh Duggar told the court that his wife, Anna Duggar, helped him in filing the appeal. This tested viewers’ patience as they wondered why Josh and Anna didn’t really adhere to the time limit. They even noted that Josh had nothing to do behind bars, yet he wasn’t able to file his appeal on time.

RadarOnline exclusively obtained them, and Josh was clearly whining about how no one cares about him in them. He noted that he was now well aware that not even his own father and many other family members really cared about him.
Josh added, “To the point they don’t even believe in me.” He noted that his family now thought he was some “monster” that the government portrayed him as. The disgraced celeb believes that his family is actually buying into “what they want to believe.” As per Josh, it was very heartbreaking and shameful. He even told Anna that he considered her advice above everyone else’s.
Josh believes that Anna is the one who really cares and loves him, and his family doesn’t at all. He wrote in the email that he put a lot of faith in Jim Bob, but he is nowhere now and is not even standing up for him. The disgraced celeb then apologized to Anna for not listening to her because he had understood that it was only his wife who loved and cared for him.
