Hence, some sources claimed that the celeb wasn’t allowed to see her own kids for almost a month because of the charges she was facing.

Even Josh’s wife, Anna, wrote an email to Joseph where she talked about Kendra and stated, “She talked about it being a month before she can see the kids.” Several insiders even claimed that Kendra and her kids were not under the same roof. Hence, there is a fair chance that she wasn’t able to meet her children for several days.

Duggar News followers recently learned about a massive development in Kendra’s case. Apparently, she had to appear in an Arkansas courtroom on April 29, 2026. TMZ recently revealed that Kendra had a massive legal win. This is because she no longer had the “no-contact” order, which had already been lifted from her case.

The source revealed that Kendra’s attorney, Travis W. Story, formally appeared on her behalf last week. He further entered a not guilty plea to the charges that Kendra was facing. These charges included “endangering the welfare of a minor and false imprisonment.” But that’s not all. Kendra’s attorney presented a request to the court to lift the no-contact order.

As per the documents, this no-contact order was first imposed on March 20, 2026. Kendra’s legal team claimed that the alleged victims were willing to contact Kendra. Her team pointed out that such restrictions were coming in the way of their third-party evaluations, which were actually linked to the case.

Well, the judge also agreed to Kendra’s legal team’s request. The judge then signed this order on April 17. As of now, Kendra doesn’t have a no-contact order against the alleged victim. The source further revealed that the Arkansas Department of Human Services will take care of and assist with the “reunification” between Joseph Duggar’s wife, Kendra, and the victims.
