He hoped that his good behavior would melt the judge’s heart and lead to a lighter sentence.
However, he could not be more wrong. The judge had already rejected two of his appeals previously. This time around, he is stuck with an ill-fate similar to the last time. The court has pushed back his release date from prison for the third time. Not only did the judge reject his appeal, but he also set his new release date for February 2, 2033.

Much to the delight of the Duggar News readers, Josh Duggar has been rotting in prison for quite some time now for his crimes. Moreover, the good news is that he is not getting out anytime soon. But by the looks of it, the severity of his situation is finally dawning upon him. He is starting to lose faith after the consequent rejections of his appeals.
As a result, he is losing his cool and delivering unhinged rants, blaming everyone but himself. In his recent rants to his wife, he had turned against his own parents, who had been blindly supporting him. He additionally called them out for blaming him for the child pornography charges. He insisted that his parents were to blame.
“I feel like you just don’t receive criticism or take admission for your own actions THAT HAVE DIRECTLY AFFECTED MY LIFE, including in this situation,” he wrote. The infamous reality TV star felt hurt that they would play the blame game with him. He also wrote that his parents were trying to make themselves look good rather than being concerned about their responses to his charges.
He was very furious that his parents would care more about PR and their family image than about helping their son. Josh eventually asked his mother to consider her “role and change so that other children are not in the same situations later.” The allies have seemingly broken the alliance.
